Mr. Javier has held various positions and brand certifications during his 20-year career at the Fort Buchanan Exchange food court and is an essential member of this Exchange. Year-to-date sales exceed 5.5%, with gross profit before markdown consistently at the high end of 76.5%. YTD direct operating profit stands at 20%, and 23% above last year. Product cost is well-managed at 36%, and average productivity is an impressive 13,900. Thanks to Javier’s assertiveness and dedication to his role, our Taco Bell ranks No. 1 in productivity. His outstanding leadership has resulted in three excellent assessment scores of 100%. We are extremely proud to have him on the Buchanan food court team!
