Since the launch of delivery in March, under her exemplary leadership, sales have increased by 31% vs. annual financial plan (AFP), with delivery contributing 28% of total sales. Furthermore, her efforts have driven a 14% increase in direct operating results vs. AFP, reflecting her unwavering commitment and customer-first approach. Yuki’s remarkable contributions have not only enhanced financial performance but also strengthened team morale and advanced the overall mission of the Exchange. Under his leadership, the clinic achieved its highest sales to date in March 2026, totaling $642,000, demonstrating consistent growth and operational excellence.
