Through his leadership and proactive approach, he has also helped improve Qdoba’s bottom-line performance. Kirstin Weeks joined the Offutt Starbucks team in March, immediately stepping into a critical leadership role just before a major facility renovation. Throughout the remodel, she masterfully managed operational readiness by overseeing essential inventory procurement and ensuring that the facility was fully prepared for launch. As a cornerstone of our talent development, Kirstin spearheaded the hiring and onboarding processes, successfully building a high-performing team and cultivating an exceptional store culture. Her elite training capabilities were on full display as she personally guided, upskilled and certified the management team, new crew and fellow foremen for full operational compliance. Driven by a passion for excellence, Kirstin has not only brought this location back online but has positioned it as a premier destination for the Offutt community. For her outstanding leadership, training expertise, and relentless dedication, Kirstin is highly deserving of recognition.
Jantip (Jann) Sangrom

Jann has worked in the Barksdale Alterations Shop for 15 years and worked under four different companies. She takes pride in her work and wants everything to be of the highest standard for her customers. Jann is hard-working, dedicated and dependable. She exceeds expectations with her outstanding customer service. She consistently ensures that each visit is a positive experience and goes out of her way to meet the customers’ needs. Jann and the alterations team also ensure that customers use their MILITARY STAR card. For May, card penetration was 14.23% vs. 8.72% last year! Current month earnings are up 147% and YTD sales are up 21%. Jann deserves this recognition for her exceptional service to the military community.
